1. Glass vibration abnormal noise There are many situations in which the lifter produces abnormal noises, the common ones are the sound of friction between the glass and the mud groove, the sound produced by the glass and the bracket not being tightened, the sound produced by the misalignment of the wire rope and the winding shaft, and the abnormal noise produced by the lifter accessories. It is necessary to make specific judgments based on the different locations and types of abnormal noises.
Solution: Replace the mud groove and tighten the fixing screws. Adjust the position and angle of the glass. If it is a problem with the lifter itself, it is recommended to replace it.
2. The glass lifter is stuck. The glass jumps during the lifting process, the lifting speed is too slow, and it is stuck at a certain position. Most of the reasons for these problems are that the glass mud groove or guide groove is aging and deformed, or foreign objects are stuck in the guide groove, and the mud groove or guide groove needs to be replaced. If the position and angle of the glass and lifter are not installed correctly, similar phenomena will occur, and the angle or position needs to be adjusted. The deformation of the lifter may also cause this situation, which requires the replacement of the lifter.
3. All glass lifters cannot work. There are many reasons why the lifter does not work. First, check the circuit problem and whether the switch and lifter motor are damaged. If you can hear the sound of the motor working, you should consider that the lifter may be faulty and replace the lifter.
